Fitter tabletThe working face is a T-shaped groove, mainly used to fix workpieces. It is the basic working platform for fitters to debug, assemble, and maintain equipment.
Fitter tabletThe accuracy is carried out according to the standard metrological verification regulations and is divided into four levels: 0, 1, 2, and 3.
The fitter's flat plate is made of high-strength cast iron HT200-300, with a working surface hardness of HB170-240. After two artificial annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years, the accuracy of the fitter's flat plate is stable and the wear resistance is improved.
The specifications of the fitter's flat panel are 100mm × 100mm -3000mm × 6000mm, and special specifications can be made according to the drawings received by the purchaser.
